WPT Global app overview: where to find the lobby, tables, and wallet
The WPT Global app has plenty of features, but it breaks down into a few areas: where you play (cash games and tournaments in the lobby), other games (Poker Flips, Casino), promotions, the cashier, and your profile. Each section below uses the names shown on screen.
On mobile, the main menu is at the bottom of the screen. The desktop layout is wider, so things are in different places, but the names are the same.
Lobby: find a table and sit down
Section titled “Lobby: find a table and sit down”This is the first screen you see after you log in. Game types are along the top, and the table list is in the middle.
| Game type | What it is | Rules |
|---|---|---|
NLHE | No-Limit Texas Hold’em | NLHE rules |
Short Deck | Short Deck, played with only 36 cards | Short Deck rules |
PLO (PLO-4, PLO-5) | Pot-Limit Omaha | Omaha rules |
Splash | WPT Global’s signature cash table, where everyone posts a big ante every hand | Splash |
Pace | Fast-fold: fold and go straight to the next hand, with new tables every hand | Pace |
Above the list, Micro, Low, Mid, and High switch stakes by big blind size, and Filter narrows things down further. See cash game filters. Some tables are marked Bomb, meaning they have Bomb Pots. Tables showing three numbers for the blinds have a Straddle.
My games lists the tables you’re currently seated at, which is handy when multi-tabling.
Tournaments (MTTs)
Section titled “Tournaments (MTTs)”Tournaments have their own list, which you can filter by event type, buy-in level (freerolls, Micro, Low, Mid, High), and status. Tap a tournament to see its details, prize structure, player list, and tables. You also register from there.
For what each field means, see reading the tournament lobby. For how prizes are paid out, see tournament prizes.
Poker Flips and Casino
Section titled “Poker Flips and Casino”Poker Flips: a pick-a-side betting mini-game (Cowboy or Bull) played with its own Gold Coins. When you open it, your balance is converted to Gold Coins, so close your Poker Flips tables before going back to the poker tables.Casino: casino games other than poker.
Promotions (Promo)
Section titled “Promotions (Promo)”The in-app promotions hub. Leaderboards, freerolls, limited-time offers, and other promotions are listed here. It’s a web page that opens inside the app and is updated often.
Cashier
Section titled “Cashier”Deposits, withdrawals, and transaction history are all here. The cashier is a web page that opens inside the app, so it looks a bit different from the rest of the app. That’s normal.
For deposit methods and fees, see the deposit and withdrawal guide.

Section titled “Profile”Everything related to your account is here:

Settings worth adjusting first
Section titled “Settings worth adjusting first”Settings has two tabs, General and Gameplay:
Language: changes the app language. See language settings.Sound Effects: turns sound on or off.Open table with datapoints in big blinds: when on, chip stacks and bet amounts at the table are shown in big blinds, so you don’t have to do the math.Turn on auto-focus on mobile: when multi-tabling on mobile, the table where it’s your turn to act jumps to the front automatically. If you turn it off, you have to switch tables yourself.Email Notifications/Login Notifications: email and login notifications. It’s a good idea to turn on login notifications so you’re alerted whenever someone logs into your account, which makes suspicious activity easier to spot.
At the table
Section titled “At the table”For each part of the table screen, see table layout. All the action buttons are explained in the app UI glossary. To step away for a moment, use Sit Out. When you’re done playing, use Cash Out to settle your chips and leave. For hand names, see hand rankings.
What poker games can I play in the WPT Global app?
Cash games include No-Limit Hold'em (NLHE), Short Deck, Omaha (PLO-4, PLO-5), Splash, and Pace fast-fold. There are also tournaments (MTTs). The games available at any time are whatever the lobby shows.
Where do I deposit and withdraw in the app?
Both are in the Cashier. The WPT Global cashier is a web page that opens inside the app, and deposits, withdrawals, and transaction history are all handled there.
Where are my tournament tickets?
In the Backpack on your profile. Tickets won in tournaments and tickets from promotions are stored there, along with their expiry dates.
Can I play more than one table at a time?
Yes. You can multi-table both cash games and tournaments, and a table-switching bar appears on screen. How many tables you can open at once depends on the game type and platform settings.
