Where to find your WPT Global tickets: using the Backpack
All your WPT Global tournament tickets are stored in the Backpack. Go to your Profile and tap Backpack to see every ticket you hold and when it expires. When you register for a tournament, choose to pay with a ticket and you won’t spend any money from your account.
Where tickets come from

- Satellite prizes:
Satellitesaward tickets to bigger tournaments, not cash - Promotions: rewards from leaderboards, freerolls, and limited-time events
- Bonuses and welcome packages: new-player packages often include tournament tickets
What you’ll see in the Backpack
Section titled “What you’ll see in the Backpack”Each ticket shows its name and expiry date. On-screen labels:

Pay close attention to expiry dates. Expired tickets are void and aren’t refunded as cash, so check the date as soon as you get one and put it in your calendar.
Registering with a ticket
Section titled “Registering with a ticket”There are two ways:
From the Backpack: Tap Use on the ticket. You’ll see the prompt Use the online ticket/coupon to join the event, and after you confirm, you’ll be taken to registration.
From the event page:
- Go to the tournament list and find the tournament the ticket is for. The ticket name usually includes the tournament name or buy-in amount.
- Open the event page and tap
Register. - Choose the ticket as your payment method (
Payment).
Used tickets are marked Used.

Can tickets be exchanged for cash?
Section titled “Can tickets be exchanged for cash?”Tickets in your Backpack only have a Use button — there’s no option to Redeem them for cash. Their only purpose is to register for the specified tournament. If you have a ticket you don’t plan to use, the most practical thing is to play that tournament: satellite tickets get you into bigger events, and if you make the money you win prizes. Where are my WPT Global tickets?
In the Backpack on your Profile. Tickets won in satellites and tickets from promotions or bonuses all go there.
How do I use a ticket?
Find the tournament the ticket is for, tap Register, and choose the ticket as your payment method. Your account balance won't be charged.
Do tickets expire?
Yes. Every ticket in your Backpack has an expiry date (Expires). Once it passes, the ticket shows Expired and can't be used to register. Check the date as soon as you get a ticket.
My Backpack is empty and says You Have No Items. What does that mean?
You don't currently have any tickets or items. You can earn tickets through promotions, satellites, or bonuses.
